Fried Fish

 

Ingredients 
 
1. Baby hake/ white fish fillets
2. Two eggs
3. Salt/ Aromat
4. Coating for fish/ baking spice for fish
5. Cooking oil
6. Mixed herbs
7. Black pepper optional.
 
Method: 
 
1. Clean your baby hake/ white fish fillet thoroughly and set aside to drain water.
2. On a nonstick Pan, add 1 cup of cooking oil and put it on a medium heat stove (level 5).
3. On a bowl, crack two eggs and mix it with 1 and half teaspoon of salt or 1 tablespoon of aromat and set aside.
4. On an open dry plate, sprinkle your coating for fish/ baking spice for fish, black pepper, mixed herbs and set aside.
5. Deep in your baby hake/ white fish fillet into the egg solution, take it out and deep it into plate with sprinkled coating for fish/ baking spice for fish then deep it into the pan with hot cooking oil.
6. Fry and turn the fish on both sides until turn golden brown and crunch
