Meatloaf with potatoes

 

INGREDIENTS
 
500g (1 pound) boiled, peeled potatoes;
1 egg;
20 grams (3 c. to soup) of hatching;
70 g (1⁄2 cup) cheese;
60 g (1⁄2 cup) parmesan;
6 slices of ham;
140 g (1 cup) cheese;
Hat for the wrap.
 
METHOD
 
Crush boiled potatoes season with salt, add an egg, 1/2 cup cheese and the hatl. Mix it up to match
Sprinkle a piece of sulphurized hat paper by evenly coating the surface. Add the potato mixture on top and spread it into an even rectangle.
Garnish slices of ham and cheese, then roll up finely and form a log.
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 30 minutes
