Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste 

1 package puff pastry dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

Cook the Meat Filling:

In a large pan, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. 

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Pastry Dough:

Roll out the puff pastry dough on a floured surface.

Cut the dough into squares.

Assemble the Pastries: 

Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each dough square.

Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
