No-Bake Woolworth Icebox Cheesecake


This was the first time I made this cheesecake recipe. I can say that I fell in love with it immediately!

This doesn’t have to be baked. All you have to do is pop it in the fridge for a few hours! Try this recipe

now, I am 100% sure you and your loved ones will love it! What a refreshing treat! 

Ingredients

° 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin

° 1 cup boiling water

° 3 cups graham crackers

° 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

° 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese 

° 1 cup granulated sugar

°4 tablespoons lemon juice

°1 can (12 ounces) milk can be evaporated and refrigerated

Preparation of

Dissolve the gelatine in the boiling water in a medium bowl. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly

thickened. 

While the gelatin is cooling, combine 3/4 of the graham crumbs and the melted butter in a medium

bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan and set aside. Reserve remaining crumbs for

garnish.

In a medium bowl, beat the condensed milk until the mixture is fluffy and fluffy.2-4 minutes.

In a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add the thickened 

gelatin and mix with the whipped condensed milk.

Spread the filling evenly over the crust and top with the reserved graham cracker crumbs.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut, serve and enjoy!
